As long as you give 24 Hours or More Notice beforehand, you will not be charged. I do, however, know that Life happens, and we can't predict emergencies. That's why your first cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is on me. After that, you will be charged the FULL session if you don't give 24 hours or more notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Time is incredibly valuable to me. I always show respect for all of my clients' time, and in return expect the same respect back. I only want to work with individuals that take their fitness journey seriously. A great deal of that requires showing up, and BEING ON TIME.
The 1st No Call No Show will result in being charged the full session regardless of the reason. If a 2nd Call No Show occurs, not only will you be charged for the missed session but your rate will increase if you want to continue working with me. Should a 3rd No Call No Show occur, you will be charged for your missed session, FORFEIT any future sessions with NO REFUND, and you will be let go of my services indefinitely.

NONE! By having no experience, it means we can start you off with the proper fundamentals and you won't have bad techniques to unlearn. And, if you do have previous experience, we can build upon that and sharpen your toolset.

Wherever you're at right now is the perfect time to start! We can't wait for all the pieces in our life to "miraculously" fall in place and everything be perfect before we start. Life is never perfect, and there will always be endless excuses to put off what we can do today for tomorrow. Tomorrow is never promised! You might not be where you want to be yet, but that's exactly the place to begin.

Presently, I am available for work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Sundays are family days and I do not work PERIOD. I will get back to any requests the Monday following.

Yes, I do make home visits as well. I charge my normal rate plus travel costs. The travel cost is determined by distance and the time of day. For reference, peak LA rush hour will cost more than a 5am visit.

No, but if you do it does help.
For Martial Arts training, I will always bring my own pads, mitts, and gloves should you need them. I disinfect ALL my gear after EVERY session so neither of us catches anything gross.
For Weightlifting training, I have dumbells, kettlebells, jump ropes, battle ropes, ladders, a sled, medicine balls, YOU NAME IT. Anytime, any place I will make sure you get that work in.
If you have your own martial arts gear, or are looking to dive in and get some, by all means do! And if you have a sick home gym? Even better! But not having any of these will never get in the way of being able to work with me.

Workout clothes, a towel, a good attitude, and plenty of water.
If you have your own martial arts gear (gloves, shin guards, hand wraps) and prefer using those, bring em!
For lifting, please wear some kind of FLAT shoe, such as Converse, Vans, or Olympic lifting shoes. Running shoes and cushioned shoes are fine for calisthenic movements BUT we want flat shoes when we Squat or Deadlift.

This comes down to personal preference. I, myself, enjoy working out fasted for a morning session. For an evening session, I usually leaves at least two hours in between eating and working out. Something light, such as a banana, before working out is usually fine. But it is generally unadvisable to eat a large meal before a session.
-
Yes! I will always offer a discounted rate for buying a package of 5 Training Sessions upfront, and offer the best possible discounted rate when buying 10 Training Sessions or more!
-
No. Most people should take minimum 1-2 rest days per week. Maybe you can get away with not resting for a short period of time, but eventually your body will play catch up with you.

Respecting my client's privacy is of the UTMOST importance to me. Whether you're a person of interest in the public eye and wish to remain lowkey, or you're simply shy and just want to remain anonymous. I will ALWAYS ask permission and consent before posting any photos, videos, or workouts. I want my clients to feel safe, free of judgement, and build an environment of trust. I will only ever promote their successes if that is what they themselves want.
